Overview
Blimpy teamed up with a popular local restaurant right here in Kenya. They use a standard SQL database to keep track of their daily food orders and cash register sales, but they didn't have the tech skills or the free time to connect those sales to their online marketing. They were posting pictures of their food online, but they had absolutely no clue if those posts were actually bringing hungry diners through their doors.
Blimpy supported to fix this by linking their SQL system straight to their online accounts. Instead of confusing them with technical reports or giant spreadsheets, we set up a simple, easy-to-read screen for the owners that shows exactly which online promotions are selling the most meals.
Every month, we look at their numbers and turn them into plain, simple advice. If the information shows that their lunchtime posts are filling up tables but their dinner hours are quiet, we tell them exactly what kind of pictures and messages to share to attract an evening crowd. By doing the heavy lifting to connect and read their database, we stop them from throwing away money on promotions that don't work, helping them fill empty seats with ease.
